Since 1966, Elmwood Stationers has served the residents of the historic Elmwood District of Berkeley, CA. We are a true, neighborhood stationery store providing customers with everyday office supplies and services as well as extraordinary stationery treasures from around the world with friendly, knowledgeable and personalized service.
Andrew Han, owner of Elmood Stationers, welcomes customers who love journals, paper and pens as much as he does, as well
as those who need office supplies and prefer to shop locally - rather than in a faceless big box store. This is Andrew's passion and you'll see Andrew working in the store on a daily basis.

Because Andrew has two young sons, education is very important to him. Elmwood Stationers has been a loyal supporter of the Berkeley Public Education Foundation (BPEF) since 1997. BPEF is Andrew's nonprofit of choice. Every year, Elmwood Stationers donates ten percent to the Foundation from our "Back to School" sales. We also regularly participate in fundraisers for our local schools.
The Elmwood Stationers store in Lafayette received a 2010 Lafayette Green Award for what sustainablelafayette.org calls
"outstanding efforts during 2010 that have contributed to a more sustainable community and helped the city achieve its environmental goals." (Source)
Andrew received the award in April 2011 at a local city council meeting and is proud that Elmwood Stationery can be ecologically responsible. Elmwood Stationers Lafayette has also earned certification as a Contra Costa County Green Business.
